From the Airport

Naha Kokusai Dori

Kokusai Dori is the most famous souvenir street in Okinawa.
With a total length of 1 mile, it is a place not only by tourists but also by locals, where you can go shopping, have local foods and experience some workshops of traditional culture.

Shuri Castle

Shuri Castle is one of the World Heritage Site which is related Ryukyu dynasty.
It functioned as the central structure of Ryukyu Kingdom over a period of approximately 500 years, and the brilliant colors and stylish structures of this architectural technic is influenced by China and main land Japan.
Unfortunately, due to the fire accident on October 31, 2019, currently under restoration work.   


 It is the only place where you can enjoy duty-free shopping in Japan.
 The feature is that many overseas famous brand stores are gathered.
 Purchased items can be picked up at the duty-free counter in Naha Airport.
 It is directly connected to Omoromachi station of monorail.

Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium

 “Chura-umi” means “beautiful ocean” in the Okinawa diarect.
 It was opened in 2002 as a concept to display the natural rich Okinawa sea in the National Okinawa Memorial Park, which was built after the Okinawa Ocean Expo held in 1975. The whale shark which swim in the huge aquarium and the dolphin show are most popular among visitors. It is a recommended spot where you can enjoy it all day long.
