The transfer period for points held under the former membership program will end on November 30, 2026.

Please also note that even if your former membership points are transferred to ROYNET CLUB MEMBERS, the transferred points will remain valid only until November 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM. They cannot be used on or after December 1, 2026.

About Using Points
Transferred points can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen, starting from 10 points, when making reservations through the official app or the official hotel reservation website, or at the automated payment machine installed in the hotel during check-in.

When Making a Reservation
Points may be used for reservations made for people other than the member and for reservations with multiple rooms.
Points may be used for reservations with stay dates after the points expiration date.
However, if a reservation is canceled or modified after the point expiration date, the points used for that reservation will expire immediately and cannot be restored.

At BATON SUITE Okinawa Kouri Island, only point redemption is available.

At Check-in
If you have made a reservation with pay-at-hotel, points may also be used at the automated payment machine during check-in.
Points may be used by guests other than the member.
Points may be used even for reservations made through channels other than the official hotel reservation website.

How to Check the Point Expiration Date
You can check the total number of points scheduled to expire next by logging in to your member page through the official hotel app or a web browser.
You can also view the expiration dates of all your points from“Point History” in the My Page section.
